- ONE in EIGHT women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.
- The greatest risk factors for breast cancer are being FEMALE and GETTING OLDER.
To put this in perspective, I am one of 9 granddaughters on the Brock side of the family. That means that the odds are very good that me or one of my cousins will have breast cancer in our lifetime. For me, this is a very scary thought! Plus, let's face it, none of us are getting any younger.
